A Day in the Life 

A sample of how I live my life

Morning

I start my day off with lemon water, this is a great way to break my fast. 

To eat I always choose to grab a protein of some kind along with a fiber filled carbohydrate to keep my food cravings at bay.

Afternoon

For lunch I grab lots of vegetables with a protein choice; a salad and bowl of chili is a great lunch option!

This helps me avoid the two o'clock crash that I used to experience.

Evening

For dinner I avoid any unnecessary carbohydrates, so a vegetable and protein is a must.

Snacks

Cinnamon herbal tea is my go-to to help hydrate me and to satisfy my snacking.

A piece of fruit helps to satisfy my need for sweets.
