Spinal Flow and nutritional coaching sessions are a whole-body approach that supports your nervous system, reduces inflammation, and nourishes you from the inside out. Every session is designed to help your body release stress, reconnect to its natural rhythm, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.  Spinal Flow can make huge differences quite quickly but multiple sessions are required for lasting results along with lifestyle changes between sessions.

Your first session will include:

• Comprehensive Spinal Flow assessment - identifies nervous system stress points, blockages and areas of stored tension.

• Nutritional questionnaire - reviewing your symptoms, habits, goals, and current eating patterns to understand your body's needs.

• First spinal flow session - a gentle introduction to calming your nervous system and supporting your body's natural healing response.

This session will be approximately 45 minutes.

Following sessions will be 20-40 minutes in length including only the Spinal Flow, these continued sessions help your body unwind stress patterns, improve energy flow, and deepen the effects of your first visit. These sessions help your body stay in balance, release what it no longer needs, and builds resilience over time.

Once a month, we revisit your overall wellness to keep your healing journey aligned and effective.

This includes: 

• Updated symptom check-in

• review of nervous system patterns

• adjustments to your nutritional plan

• 3 new recipes to support your gut, hormones, energy and inflammation levels. 

• This monthly assessment ensures your care stays responsive, supportive, and uniquely tailored to your needs.
