Cancellation Policy

At Nourished Alchemy and Wellness, we value your commitment to your health and wellness journey. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 1 day notice before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting to book an appointment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting Kristen Kuefler at Nourished Alchemy and Wellness through the following methods: Phone: 780-554-5116 Email: nourished.alchemy@gmail.com Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 1 day notice will be considered late cancellations. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to your account. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will take such situations into consideration on a case-by-case basis. No Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, it will be considered a "no show." In the case of a no show, the full session fee will be charged to your account. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made for valid reasons such as sudden illness or emergency situations. We ask that you communicate such circumstances as soon as possible so that we can best assist you. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable, and they will be applied to your account as credit for future appointments. Rescheduling Options: In cases where you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 1 day notice, we will be happy to find a suitable alternative time for you. Please be aware that this cancellation policy helps us maintain a reliable schedule and offer quality services to all our clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
